Hi there! I'm RM, I played with you guys for a bit back on livejournal, and I seem to have two ideas on the two ends of the age scale to discuss with you lovely people.

Rhea, Titan of Motherhood and Fertility, played by the lovely Betty White. She gave birth to several Gods before her husband decided to eat them (whoops) to save his own life. She fed him a rock, Zeus took over, lots of drama for a deity to deal with for their kids. In this reincarnation I was thinking Southern Lady. She raised her family well and now she's going to spend her retirement in the big city like she's always wanted. A nice job that keeps her off her feet and she's happy as a clam basically. Still with the steel edges about her. Fierce in a way you won't have to see when you stay on her good side.

For my other kid I'm considering Lady Midday as played by Georgie Henley. She's the personification of heat stroke from Slavic Myth who used to cause fainting and madness for the people who worked the fields. The sort to take different shapes, carry sharp objects, and ask tricky questions. She'd be Sofya "Sunny", a 14 year old Russian immigrant with very good English. Though her accent is still noticeable and her writing tends to get sloppy when she's tired. Lots of giving genders to things that don't need them. Still asks tricky questions. Still enjoys sharp objects.

Any line suggestions/ideas/water balloons you have would be greatly appreciated! ♥

And this is my next project, guys. Hm, adding stuff to the other area of Celtic myths, this would be Medb.

And not a very nice person. Sort of. Count on a bit of a sarcastic little bitch with tendency to believe she's better than everyone else. She will also eat your brothers, fathers and husbands (though the manner of which varies). She was The Queen (all capitals, she deserves it) and got pretty much everything she wanted, one way or the other. Except for Conchobar and Cúchulainn who she believes firmly in needing to be drowned at birth.

Also, she's going to be Death's cousin and italian by birth. Other than that, hrm. Ideas?

Because I'm impressionable and even though I promised myself to look into the idea of, you know, playing more girls, let me introduce Cú Chulainn.

Light of my life, my hero when I was a little girl, Cú Chulainn is such a player in Irish myth.

He is a blank slate, from the point of view of mortal connections, in this life. He's about 23, and he's brave and he's loyal and he's about as dumb as a box of rocks.

(Yes, this is Lindsey. Who can't play girls, apparently.)
