Was writing music for some one really such a tremendous thing? Dietre blinked at Aurora's approach, not expecting the kiss, so that when her lips touched his cheek, he gave a little jump of surprise before turning pink for the umpteenth time today. A hand was lifted, fingers gingerly pressed to where he had been kissed, the boy shocked out of his normal timidity enough to stare up into Aurora's eyes. There was a subtle movement around his mouth, a shifting that didn't quite reach his lips yet some how still suggested a smile. The clouds were still much too thick for sun of his smile to shine through, perhaps one day, he'd be able to.
It had been hours since his breakfast this morning, and though he was used to going whole days without eating, he knew that normal people didn't act like snakes, running on one big meal now and then. If he was going to stay here and attempt to reenter normal society, he would have to change.
"Well...I suppose I could eat something. ...Just a little something?"
