Dropping Bridgette home after they'd disposed of a couple of Fiends, Zeke decided to have a beer in The Last Round before heading home. Even with such minor demons, having such a young trainee was a nerve wracking experience for a man who usually hunted alone. Still, everything had gone without a hitch, the kid had done well, and come out of the exercise relatively unscathed.

He took a seat at the bar and ordered a beer, then turned around and leaned back against the bar, watching the other patrons as he sipped his beer. His gaze backtracked when he spotted a familiar face. Pushing away from the bar, he headed on over.

"Should've known you'd turn up here sooner or later," He remarked by way of greeting, offering his hand to the other hunter, "How've you been, Spence?"

Who: Mick, Nadia, Sophia, & Open to All
When: Early Morning
Where: Mysteria
What: Escaped Convicts!



Mick wound the police 'do not cross' tape around the area, sectioning it off so the public couldn't disturb the scene. Keeping an eye out, he caught sight two women emerging from a jeep, watching as one of them slung a camera strap over her neck, along with a press I.D.

"Wow, you got here fast," He remarked, a little surprised to see them, "I guess you've got a scanner?"

"No, actually we were just driving by, saw the wreck," Nadia rolled her eyes when he eyed them skeptically, "We're just coming home from an assignment. We're locals." She snapped a few photos of the wrecked prison bus, "What happened?"

"Uh, well, it seems the penitentiary transportation vehicle crashed, ma'am." Mick answered, pretty much stating the obvious.

"No, really?" Nadia snarked mildly, zooming in and snapping a shot of the back of the wreck, "Can you explain why the prison bus has Montana plates?"

"No, I can't..." Mick shook his head with a small frown. He really had no idea what a Montana prison bus was doing in North Dakota.

"Well, what can you tell us?" Nadia pressed.

"I'm not really authorized to talk to the press, but if you'll stay here and wait just a minute, I'll talk to the detective in charge," Mick took a few steps over to the bus and poked his head in the door of the bus to speak to the detective.

"Curiouser and curiouser," Nadia remarked quietly to Sophia, "I'll get the pictures, you get the story."

Who: Samantha, Eden, Spencer and Luke
When: Noon
Where: Devils Lake DA's office
What: A reunion



"Okay, that'll do for now," Sam said after going over Spencer's testimony with him for the better part of an hour, "We'll take a break for lunch, then meet back here in an hour and Eden will cross examine you."

Planning to spend her lunch hour trying to get information on the bus load of convicts that had escaped in Mysteria, Samantha got up, stretching and rolling her shoulders and neck as she did so, then headed for the door and opened it to see Spencer out.

And stopped in her tracks. There, sitting in the waiting room, was her cousin, Lucas. "Luke!"

Lucas got to his feet and caught Samantha with a big grin as she ran over and threw her arms around him, chuckling as he lifted her off her feet and bear-hugged her, "Hey Sammy," He kissed her cheek, "It's good to see you too."

"Hah! I knew you were up to something when you contacted me," Samantha crowed, "What are you doing here!?"

Luke seemed about to answer, but then his attention shifted, looking past her at the others. Staring, he lowered Samantha to her feet, "Hi..."

Who: Samantha & Spencer (with brief appearance by Eva)
When: Early Evening.
Where: Isabel, Kenzie & Mysti's apartment.
What: the DA needs to discuss a few things with a witness to a crime.



Samantha had been trying to contact Spencer Rayne all day, but reaching him by phone was proving difficult, as the number she had been given for him was actually the number of a Miss Clarissa Williams. And while the old dame Clarissa seemed to be quite the firecracker, she was unfortunately of absolutely no help whatsoever when it came to the case Sam was trying to build.

Who: Spencer, Isabel OT Mysti, the Pack/People who live there
When: 10am
Where: The Mysteria Pack grounds
What: Spencer arrives in town, looking for Isabel and Mysti


So they weren't at their apartment. The girl across the hall had said Isabel may be up here, in pack territory. She hadn't called it that though, she said at her boyfriends. Isabel had told him it was the Mysteria pack though, that she was mated to the alpha. That she was staying. Staying in the place that attracted all things supernatural. She was good, and maybe she had protection, but in Spencer's mind? She could use a little more familial support. And Mysti, god only knew the trouble she was getting up to there.

"Hey," He asked the menacing looking, and from his scent obvious werewolf, on the front porch of one of the cabins, "Can you tell me where I can find Isabel Rayne?"
