Re: Explaining everything...
Ty contemplated offering Bridgette his bed, but thought better of it, realizing a remark like that would probably result in her not being allowed to stay there.
"My old room here is still empty too, if you need it," Jeannie offered, "I've been meaning to clean out the closet anyway, move the rest of my stuff to the apartment."
Tyson nuzzled Bridgette's ear, his lips curving into a smile against it. He had no problem with sharing a roof with Bridgette, even if they weren't sharing a room.
"I know," Jeannie offered Bridge smile of wry understanding, having heard the unspoken thought, "I know it isn't personal. We can get through this. We will. You're my brother's girlfriend."
"Not all demons are cool," Jeannie warned, "Full blood demons are just pure evil. Not even all half-demons are cool, but like humans, half-demons have a choice whether or not to give into our evil inclinations. It's uh, stronger in half-demons, the urge to do evil, but we can fight it. I fight it."
"And angels aren't reborn, they're like... Another race. They're born, not made," Tyson chimed in, jerking his head toward Angel, "Like that bun in Angel's oven right now? That's gonna be another angel, where-as Bridgette's little brother or sister might be an angel, or he or she might be a human or an air elemental like Irene is, but there aren't any half angels. That's how it works, right?" Ty looked to the more knowledgeable people for confirmation.
