Hank shook Mick's hand without thinking, then looked down at the equally bloody hands. "Well, I'm glad I've had my shots," he noted wryly.
His brow wrinkled as he looked back up, "A wild animal attack? Maybe an armed horse? There's no way to explain this level of crazy to dispatch." Hank ducked his head. "I shouldn't laugh. That was serious, guy probably would have died if you hadn't been on scene to stem the wound straight away."
