Lara leaned into his touch slightly, honestly needing the comfort, she breathed out a soundless sigh as he let his hand drop, then smiled and accepted the tissue with a grateful smile, wiping away the tears, "Thank you. Sorry about the waterworks. Hormones, I guess."
Her interest was peaked when he told her he was a single father, and she studied him wonderingly. It certainly seemed like he'd been flirting with her, and now that she knew he was single, it seemed even more likely.
"Oh, I know," She dropped her hand to her belly, a small smile forming as she rubbed it, feeling her son fussing inside, "He's already with me... I'll love him no matter who he looks like. I already do."
