Who: Tabby and OTA
When: mid morning
Where: Thorpes
What: Tabby's suffering from the cold
Tabby collapsed to the ground in the garage with a yelp and a clatter, the contents of her arms scattering across the floor. She panted as the pain in her shoulder and hip stabbed through to her. Taking deep breaths she attempted to stand on her own but sunk back to the floor cursing. She probably shouldn't have come today but she couldn't loose another days business. The garage had what heating on that she could afford but it was so cold her old injuries and bad bones just seized up on her. The pins permanently inside of her were freezing to the core. She wondered how long she'd be knelt on the ground for until either she could push herself up or she got some help.
She hated feeling like this, like she was an old woman at times. It worried her beyond words as to how bad she would be when arthritis kicked in. There were times she couldn't walk because of the pain and the winter was hell. She'd migrate, down to Florida. Probably why all old folk end up there. She tried again to pushed herself up off of the cold concrete floor which was not helping her limbs. "Stupid body." She grumbled as she didn't have the strength in her on arm she could move.

Who: Audrey, Nora
When: 12:15 am
Where: Audrey's room
What: Nora comes to snuggle and return her mom's jacket
Closing the door to the house, Nora locked it and crept upstairs quietly, just in case Dana was sleeping. She had seen her mother's light on still, and figured now was as good a time to return the jacket as any. She stopped in her room first, kicking off the heels and changing into pajama pants and a tank top, then straight to her mom's room and into her bed.
"I brought your jacket back safe and sound," she teased, having gotten the fifth degree over keeping it safe.
