Who: Malcolm, Open When: 3 pm Where: The grocery store What: Malcolm goes looking for an apartment
Violet had been great, Mal had to admit that. He was repaying her as best he knew how, shopping and cooking and cleaning. But what he really needed to do to thank her was move out. She liked her freedom, and he liked his music collection far too much to have it crammed into her spare bedroom alongside the rest of his stuff.
So, as he stared at the listings for apartments on the bulletin board at the grocery, a full cart bagged and ready to be delivered to his shared fridge, Malcolm decided to act. He grabbed the number for several places that looked promising, as well as one of those little newspaper/classified booklets that seemed to be a permanent fixture in groceries across the world. As he was looking, he felt the presence of someone else browsing the bulletin board, and stepped to the side with an apologetic smile and a soft "Sorry."

Who: Maia & Kerry Where: Nikki's delights When: Early morning What: Maia meets her fianceé's old friend
Maia walked into Nikki's intending to get a coffee before her first class, when she saw the familiar face of Kherington, Zeke's friend. Maia would admit to being a little jealous of the pretty brunette, so she figured there was only one way to stop it. Talk to her. Afterall, she and Zeke were getting married, it was good to know his friends.
"Hello," She said nicely, "I don't believe we've met. I'm Maia Reid."

Who: Step and Open When: mid morning Where: Park What: Step is trying to entertain himself
Step swung slightly on the swing. The other swings next to him abandoned by any other children or teenagers. He wondered slightly if it was pre-emptive. They’d all run away so he couldn’t try and see if anyone would like to have fun with him.
The chains squeaked softly as his toes scraped the dirt underneath the swing. His cold hands grabbed at the chains either side of his head and he stared down at his knees. His long ginger hair blew about in the breeze. He should probably head back up to the cabins soon. Build himself a new den now he didn’t have a cabin to live in.

Who: Zar and Open When: late night Where: Street corner What: Zar is spreading the misery
Zar stepped out from the shadows and smiled at a young man who stood timidly in front of her. “Well?” She asked knowing full well what had happened. “She’s agreed to go on a date with me! I...I think she may even love me.” He grinned widely. “Well, isn’t that nice for you?” Zar smirked. “How’d ya do it?! You said you’d do it! How’d ya do it?!” He asked grinning like a fool. “I have my ways.” She replied, “However. Now I want something from you...” She began. “...I’m...I’m not sure I...I mean...” The young teenager began. “If you don’t help I’ll just have your precious love hate your guts and leave your life.” She snarled. “Okay! Okay!” He gasped backing off, “Please! You can’t! I love her so much. I need her!” “Very well.” She grinned. “Just remember who made this possible. If you defy me, I take her from you.” She grinned with a chilling glint to her eye. “What d’ya want from me?” The sixteen year old asked. “Right now? Nothing too much. Just take this home and look after it for me.” She said as she held out a wrapped up item in a plastic carrier bag. “What is it?” He asked. “No concern of yours.” She replied. “Just look after it for me.” She watched as he nodded his head and blissfully disappeared down the street from her. She raised an eyebrow and turned to notice someone familiar.

Who: Duncan and Stefan When: early morning Where: Stefan’s squat What: Duncan wakes up feeling better
Duncan opened his eyes and it took a few moments for him to work out where he was. It wasn’t Indy’s nice soft bed, it was Stefan’s rather lumpy and uncomfortable bed. He sat up looking for his clothes which were on the other side of the room. He had spent the whole night there. The whole night was something rare. Usually Stefan just took-wait, he hadn’t this time around. He let him sleep. Duncan frowned trying to understand this. Stefan was just his dealer yet he had admitted what he was to him. It sent a shiver down his spine and he pulled the blankets back around him and laid back down on his side. He glanced towards the door when he heard it open and felt a cold draft blow over him. “Oh...morning.” He said sitting back up.
