Who: Lisa and Scarlet
Where: Hospital tea room
When: Monday evening
What: chatting?
Lisa frowned. It had been a particularly slow day and it was starting to look like it was being followed by an even slower night. The transition from morning shift to night shift was always one that she hated, but this was just terrible. She hadn't seen a customer in hours, which meant she wasn't going to be leaving with any money.
She was just trying to figure out what to do with all the extra time she seemed to have (read a book maybe?) when someone walked in. Lisa was so excited to finally have a customer that she hurried over without even really looking at them. It wasn't until after her usual greeting, "Hi, I'm Lisa, can I get you anything?" -- asking how customers were in a hospital was proven to be a bad idea so Lisa tried to stick to non-triggering questions -- that she realized that they were in fact another employee of Mungo's.
"Oh," was all she said before she smiled at them.
