"What's wrong? What's happening? Why?" Jimmy had a thousand questions forming in his head, but the look on Logan's face, one he'd seen before when they'd both been in danger, caused the young mutant's blood to chill. "Oh no... It's my, it's-- Artie! I can't leave without Artie!" He moved a step away from Logan and grabbed onto the bedpost, as though anything he could do wouldn't stop Logan from just picking him up and carrying him out like it was nothing. If he used his powers... No, he couldn't do that to Logan. It would hurt him.
Jimmy bit his lip and gave Logan an imploring look, moving over to his computer instead, "Just let me talk to him. Please?" He was already turning his laptop on, booting up the instant messenger service. "If he says yes, can he come?" Jimmy couldn't explain it, but there was just something wrong about going without Artie. He didn't want to leave without him. He started typing before Logan even gave the go ahead.
