I'm heading to Germany tomorrow night (well, technically in the early hours of Tuesday morning) to celebrate my 21st so I'll be MIA until the weekend. I wanted to do this in the hope that I could convince Rogue player that she really wants to get into verbal silly sparing with Jubilee over Wolverine's attentions. Even though Jubilee will act like an eight year old on speed. |

Just wanted to say Hi everyone sorry for being dead, I've had to reboot my comp to factory settings, so whilst its letting me log into here now, I no longer have any kind of chat programs installed.

I felt like this might be coming and now it has I won't prolong it any further. I'm going to drop Arclight because I'm just not feeling her and Layla because, though she's fun, I don't think I have or can do a pre-cog justice, I think she was the wrong character choice. It's cool though since now I can concentrate more on Rogue and Hope without feeling too weighed down by too many characters.

In an effort not to have the game die due to inactivity I'm going to step up the activity checks. It occurred to me that a player having to be inactive for an entire month before having to drop their inactive character or getting kicked was quite a long time in game terms to have a character missing.
So here's how it will work:
The rule is still one show of activity (a new scene / participation in a scene or an in-character journal entry) every two weeks but activity checks will be weekly. If there has been no show of activity from a character by the end of the first week then the player will be warned for that character. Think of the first warning as more of a friendly reminder that we'd like to see some activity from a character than an actual warning. But if there has still been no activity by the end of the second week then the inactive character and/or the player will be removed from the game.
You won't need to provide a reason for a first warning (friendly nudge theory) but if you anticipate not being able to fulfill the requirements for the entire two weeks then please let me know.
Rules for hiatuses still stand: no hiatus will be allowed to exceed 4 weeks except in special circumstances and repeated hiatuses in a short space of time are frowned upon (take that as you will).
Tomorrow's activity check (Feb 21st to Feb 28th) will include last week's meaning that characters on a warning will still be on a warning with a week for redemption, so to speak. After that, the new system is out in full force.
I hope this doesn't seem harsh at all as that isn't my intention but I'd really hate to have the game die when I've enjoyed it so much before. |

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, I bring you BLINDFOLD. For those who are familiar with her, you will find a few things here that look like they may have come from somewhere recognizable. Most of it, however, is a long way from what you might expect. Her primary abilities remain the same: telepathy, precognition, retrocognition, and clairvoyance. For the moment, she's still in New Orleans telling fortunes for tourists from behind her black blindfold.
Now since her powers are the kinds that require a lot of work with other players, if there is something you would like for her to see or know, please let me know. Also, if something happens in game that you would prefer that she didn't explicitly mention, that would be good to tell me as well.
Anyway, I am Lee. The easiest way to get ahold of me is to PM the journal as my AIM is list only and I'm generally slow about updating the silly thing. |

Hey ya'll, guess what? I found a PB for Havok! The PB is Adam Rickitt who I don't know why I didn't think of because I liked him a whole lot as a tween. Anyway I think he's perfect (if you can ignore the awful 90s hairstyle that's obvious in some icons) so I shall be sticking with him. It's such a relief to finally have a PB I love for this guy! xD |

Hey peoples, I know there is serious business a foot, but in character-ly (or I should say, in character for this Bobby) Bobby’s response to business of a serious sort is to pretended its not happening, and look the other way, and hope for the best. So would it be okay if Bobby suggested they do something spiffy for the kids they have here at the school for Valentines day? To help take the kids minds off things, and you know, he’d rather cut up paper hearts, than be an adult about things ;)
(and he promises, no super hot cinnamon hearts mixed in with the regular ones. Honest).
ALSO: apologizes for being the flake queen in regards to threads. I think my job and life are calming down … or else I’m just getting use to this level of hectic, Either way, I promise to be better about responding in a timely manner.

Two modly type things to take care of today.
First of all, I recruited Isi to my dark army I asked Isi and he graciously accepted to be a co-mod. As a main thing he's going to help me out with deciding upon applications as really they need more than one person to read them over and then other tasks as the need arises. So yay for Isi, I'm very thankful for his help!
Secondly please update your friend lists as, as you can see in the post below, we've had a departure.
