Who: Kitty, Rogue OTA When: Tues early evening Where: Xavier's in the parlor What:Hanging out, doing homework, and messing around with anyone that comes along.
Kitty had improved, and was feeling much better now. Most of her drying scabs were gone, at least on her face, some were still around on her body, but no one could see those but her. She was sitting now in the parlor room with her books open. She was an odd child, as she was just as happy with school books open in her lap as she was playing, chattering, and being with friends. She had always loved school, and really the young girl was as of yet not really close to anyone around the mansion. Well, except for Scott, and Warren really. Scott hadn't really been right since the 'incident' she liked to call it, and it saddened her.
She had stopped with her dancing for now, and she wondered who would take her now as it seemed that Scott still had a lot more recovery to go through because of his severe burning done to some of his body by his captive. She worried about both her friends, even if they were adults, and they seemed to think she didn't need to worry about them. As of yet, really none of the kids here were near her age, so anyone her age was hard for her to get close to. Storm was starting to pick up with the little girl too now through her class. Ororo found the child very bright, easy to talk to, and very capable. She was already starting to get a grip on her powers, well, at least that she had them, and they weren't as bad as she thought.
She was back in training sessions to learn to better control her powers, and she had been able to figure out a few things about her powers and how to use them while she had been kidnapped. So, she supposed even though it had been scary, and life threatening to her some good had come of it. She was making some progress with the control of her powers, was seeing that it could be useful, and that it wasn't so lame as she had thought.
She was curled up in a large fluffy winged back chair, books in lap, reading, and making notes from her books. She heard a noise, but as of yet she wasn't paying much attention to it. You would think with what she went through just recently she would be jumpy, but when she was working on school work she was in complete concentration of it.
