Re: 3rd Floor
Cora brought a smile to his lip more often than anyone he ever knew. Maybe crossing over to Humanity hadn't been a bad idea after all. It wasn't like he had much over in Musings. Money he had saved in abundance, but preferring to live meagerly Theo didn't need that giant empty house of his father's. This was where he belonged now, in the soft golden light of a lamp with Cora.
Suddenly he looked away from Cora and grabbed his tea to sip. He really needed to stop. Everyone he let himself care for died and if that meant keeping her as just a friend, then so be it. He was far older then her if you counted the years. But she's so kind and creative. Beautiful. He wished he could live in her world, in Narnia with her.
"Yeah, my parents pulled me out of primary when I was ten. It wasn't all too uncommon to never go to any sort of secondary school then though. Just to have the money and time to be sent in the first place was usually a stretch." Theo scoffed. He knew he was showing his age, but Cora made him comfortable enough to talk at least some on his past. Though the whole story would likely never be told.
