Re: 3rd Floor
Theo laughed. Mocking injury to his arm, he gave her a pouted lip and rubbed it. She did have a nice swing if she had intended to hurt him, he could see her doing so. "Oh how old I feel... I remember when you just had to see over the bar to be served. You know we'll just have to have a private party to celebrate your birthday like you should. I am a bartender after all and know the best drinks for such a celebration."
His lips held a smirk as he watched her for a moment. Theo never felt old, really. In his head he was still 23 and the years that past were just days. Everything had a way of blending into each other when you spent it mostly alone. They said when something tragic happened in your life you become stuck mentally at that age. He didn't believe it, but there was something to be said when you didn't age physically much further than that.
Seeing a strand of hair that had fell, he pushed it behind her ear. No matter the actual age difference physically they were about matched and mentally even more so. She was smart and enjoyed life far more than he could ever dream. Theo couldn't help but be inspired by her Narnia and as much as he didn't want to admit it, he was attracted to her.
