Re: First Floor
"I guess it'll probably just be the two of us, then." Not that there was anything wrong with that, but in hindsight he probably should have tried to check with his other friends and see if they'd wanted to come along too - or at least if they had any plans of their own. "But I'm okay with that," he added quickly, just in case she got the wrong idea and thought he didn't want to be here. Luke took another gulp of his drink and turned towards the dance floor, glancing up towards the second floor - which he was admittedly curious about even though he didn't plan on going up there, especially not with his girlfriend right there - before looking away again.
He was about to ask if she wanted to dance when someone slipped their arm around his neck. Instinctively he tensed and glanced sharply to the side, but his posture relaxed and went back to normal when he recognized Jack. "Hey. I didn't know you were planning on coming too." Luke just laughed at the alcohol comment, but his expression became one of confusion once he got a look at Jack's costume. Honestly, he didn't know much about Cabaret or what it entailed - so he wasn't quite sure what the get-up was supposed to be. "Uh, Jack... what are you wearing?"
