Who: Johnny and anyone who wants to help and/or mock
Where: Bathos-Common area (I'm assuming they have one, most places do haha)
What: Wrapping toys for tots. And hot chocolate. And coffee. And he brought cookies.
When: 23 December
Rating: Don't have sex in this thread please, that's not cool.
Notes: Anyone who wants to join can, or it works as poor Johnny sitting by himself wrapping presents for underprivileged children. And you don't have to live at Bathos obv, he basically told the world this was going on so if you're feeling generous, come hang out with Superman while he saves the world.
Johnny had set up a few tables in the common area, there was coffee brewing, cookies set out, and even Christmas music playing his iPod dock. He knew a few people would come by, and that was enough for him. He wasn't really throwing a party at all, just trying to get some extra charitable hands on the holiday. Even though not many people had said they would come help, he'd been pleasantly surprised by the full toy and coat bins that he'd picked up in the building, and the surrounding areas.
His co-workers hadn't been overly gracious, but it was nice to see that his neighbors had been. There were tubes of fun wrapping paper, and ribbons, and all kinds of decorations that he'd either purchased or had also been donated. The room itself smelled like coffee and baked goods, and it was a nice set up for what it was. He had set it up directly after work, his jacket was hanging on the back of the chair and his shirt and tie were loosened a bit, and his hair was as messy as ever. He pushed his glasses back up the bridge of his nose as he started on wrapping one of the toys, he would never understand Barbie dolls (she wasn't even that pretty), but they were a hot commodity apparently.
He was humming along with Santa Claus is coming to town, if anything he knew Mason would show up. Only because he'd sent the "this is non-negotiable" email at work earlier in the day.
