"Whosa wha--" Cora exclaimed incoherently, shooting up from her slumber. She blinked, brain trying to catch up to her body's sudden state of wakefulness, when she had just moments before been sleeping comfortably. It was break now so she didn't have to go to class, her tired mind fuzzily reminded her, and, after a glance a the clock she realized she wouldn't have to be awake now even if she did. Coraline would have happily gone back to sleep (and worried about the strangely sudden not sleepingness in the morning when her brain was actually working properly and cared about things like the fact that sleepingness wasn't actually a word) if she hadn't heard someone shouting. Suddenly feeling much more awake Cora jumped out of bed and quickly scampered toward Sol's room.
It had certainly sounded like him, Cora thought, as she stood hesitantly outside Sol's closed door. Biting her lip she wondered if she should go in and check on him. She had left her own room so quickly that she'd forgotten to grab her slippers and dressing gown, though she didn't actually need the latter. She was far from indecent in her too large t-shirt that she'd stolen from Arthur before she'd left Musings and plaid pajama pants, frayed at the ends from walking on them. Her decsion was made for her though when she heard Sol cry out again. Quickly making it to his side she touched his shoulder, shaking him lightly. "Sol, Sol wake up. Its just a dream."
