Hesitating, Daryl looked up at Detective Warda with a raised brow. "Are you defending your skills as a lover because you believe that I have called them into question?" she asked plainly, not an ounce of emotion in her face. "If that is the case, you are mistaken. I have no data with which to make any claims in that realm. Therefore you are on edge for personal reasons and quick to discuss such matters. If you wish to do so, I suggest you keep the conversation between yourself and your friend here - clearly she is better equipped for it than I."
Taking a sip of coffee to punctuate her point, she glanced to the exuberant coffee shop employee with a small sigh. "I would rather not be considered famous, and I am sure that you are mistaken in your claim. I am not sure why something signed by me would gain you any accolades, however I will sign a piece of paper - or a napkin - if you so desire."
