Seven hours. The answer to Tim's unanswered question was seven very long hours, and after being curled up on the counter for that long he was about ready to leave the room for more space with very little prompting, octopus or no octopus. He frowned in thought at the question though, trying to wrack his brain to see if he could remember. Regular meals were one of those things that he was always punctual about most of the time (ten years of specific meals at specific times tends to leave an impression), but they occasionally had a habit of escaping him. "I can't remember, they were...probably not." He took a step towards Tim as he moved away, quickly following so as not to lose the contact and eyeing the bathtub warily the entire time, silently ordering the occupant not to move.
