Re: The Hallway.
Okay, Bunny had gotten it wrong. That wasn't what he was trying to tell her at the hospital. Her face scrunched up as she tried to put two and two together and was coming up with nothing. He was looking super upset again, almost as upset as she felt a minute ago, so she reached out and gave his hand a good squeeze. "I got a memory from you and my hair looked terrible," she said a little embarrassed. "I'm sorry I visited you in the hospital looking like a crazy person."
She frowned. "I'm sorry I yelled at you while you were doped up and in pain. That wasn't really fair of me either." She said giving his hand another squeeze. She did remember that he might not have told her, but he was happy she was there. That was genuine. So now that she was here, he'd asked her because he wanted her there. That meant he was happy now too, right? He wasn't lying about that much. "And no, I can't forget everything you just said, because that sounded like a confession and that's the first thing you've told me that I didn't know that's important for a long time." She scratched the back of her head. It was a nervous gesture, but she hadn't let his hand go.
