At this time I don't anticipate changes of salary or terminations, your current staff is more than capable professionally. I also think it would be wise for your legal department to remind everyone about the NDAs.
I find that the shifting of duties sometimes warrants a change in title to ensure all stay on task. I will, of course, let you know if this changes or if someone is taking on more responsibilities as a direct result that would warrant a change in salary. New hires will soon become necessity. Your current team is highly capable, though lacking direction and quite honestly most are over-qualified for the "flack" work that will need to be done going forward. I will tell you that these positions usually have a high turnover rate as they are entry level PR positions.
