Re: T. Sable/T. Brandon
I see you're laboring under some misconceptions concerning your inheritance. I've notified some of the lawyers and hopefully they will be in touch with you, but for some reason they've had trouble doing that. For now I will do my best to approximate.
The Apartment: That apartment is, essentially, yours under your name. If you wish to vacate, I can look into options for you, but legal jargon aside, think of it as yours. We will say for the sake of simplicity, then, that the apartment is paid. There is no one you need to pay. Utilities and repair expenses, along with stipends for a cleaning staff, are also paid out of your funds (see below).
The Company: You may be interested to know that Alfie's company is held in trust for Mika Jones. Do you know her?
The Fund: The fund is, actually, funds, not actually a foundation with stipulations. Alfie left you her liquid assets, which means all moneys that are not tied up in bonds, stocks, or company progress. As I said, there was a recent difficulty with my son, and Alfie liquidated a great majority of her assets. I don't have a round figure at the moment, but I believe it's something in the order of... $250,000,000. Plus or minus a few million.
That said, I can send you a trustworthy financial assistant that will set you up with accounts and access, perhaps investing advice. I'm sure he would be happy to contact a moving company for you, and a real estate agent for a studio search.
