Um. It ferments? Which is kinda like rotting. Like what cheese does. Or yogurt. Or...penicillin. Except I think that might be just fungus, but whatever. The good kind of rotting. You can make beer in a pig?!
Well beer ain't really my thing, I kind of try to stay away from it. It does funny things to my brain. But I thought it was good! I could kinda taste the ham a little bit, but not a whole lot; maybe you should use more next time. Or try making it in a pig; that might help get it extra-pig flavored.
