What is your worst character flaw?
Muse/Fandom: Ambrogino Giovanni/ World of Darkness Prompt: 1. Worst Character Flaw Word Count: 267 Open to roleplay: Sì, here.
I have not yet achieved Godhood.
And that, I might add, is my only character flaw.
It is a good thing I am patient and intelligent beyond the capabilities of most. It is, however, tiring to wait for the mages that hoard their wisdom to finally have the good graces to die so that I can interrogate their souls for what paltry insights they are able to provide on the means and methods of achieving apotheosis; or to plunder their libraries before my rivals scrape enough wit together to do likewise. I am, of course, speaking of the Tremere. They think that they have the market cornered on blood magic and sorcery. Juvenile upstarts. What they know of blood magic, thaumaturgy, and necromancy could fit into the cheapest chapbook produced by Lulu dot com.
That said, it is a near eternal source of irritation that the older generations have hidden their wisdom so thoroughly -- scattering the complete formulae across aeons and the span of the globe. It is, to say the least, an annoyance. Thank the dark gods for all of eternity to learn dead tongues, decipher arcane spell-workings, and distil the base wisdom of the ages into gold. Thank the dark gods for the expendables that serve my will -- they do the worst of the work for me whilst I ponder the mysteries of the Universe.
But, as sure as the sun will set once more, I shall eventually puzzle the mystery together and taste the nectar of Godhood and ascend the throne of Hell as is my birth -- and death -- right.
