"Dad, I need to go home. I need to be with Daniel and just try to forget." Peter said, his voice wobbling. This wasn't what he had expected to do, but he couldn't go through what had happened with them. "I'll tell you soon, but it can't be right now, Dad." He told them, and let them both hug him tightly for a few moments. Then he turned to Daniel.
"Come on, babe. I need to go home." Peter really wasn't a kid anymore. He couldn't believe that, but it was true. He pulled Daniel with him towards the door. He didn't have the energy anymore.
