It was almost here, the baby. "Oh my Gosh." Miguel said, squeezing Sam's shoulder softly, not wanting to hurt her. He also didn't want to upset her, either. Sam pushed, breathing like the doctor told her to. She pushed, and pushed. She just wanted the baby to come out. Sam was ready to be a mom. She wondered what name they would go with, they had talked about a few.
Of course, it did depend on the gender, at least, for now. Sam knew the baby could end up being trans, and that was okay with her. All she wanted was a healthy baby. A very tiny part of her wished her mother was here, but only a tiny part. A couple more pushes, and they could hear the crying of a baby.
Miguel kissed her. "We have a girl, Sammy. A baby girl." He told her, as Sam let her head fall back on the bed.
