Johnny wasn't sure why he was going to Daniel. They were supposed to hate each other. But he didn't hate the other. He was having all kinds of feelings for him. He was incredibly drunk. He was going to be a father. And he was freaking the fuck out. And he wanted to tell Johnny that he had feelings for him. He knew that his sensei would flip, but he was dead, so who cared what he thought?
That had just happened, he'd been running away from the scene of his sensei's attack, and then he'd gotten the head's up about him going to be a father. He was eighteen, he was barely a man. How was he supposed to deal with this? How was he supposed to be a father? It was just, it was too much. Johnny had to talk it out, and his other friends weren't exactly someone he could talk to. Nor his fucking stepfather.
He pulled up at Daniel's place, got out of the car, stumbling, and really hoped that Daniel's mom wasn't going to be home. Johnny got inside, and asked the old woman sitting in the small courtyard where he could find Daniel's place, and she directed him to the right apartment.
Walking up the steps and stopping at apartment 20, he knocked on the door. "Larusso. It's me, Johnny." He called through the door, as he knocked. Here goes nothing.
