Dean nodded a little to Sam, and rested his elbows on his knees, watching his brother for a moment or so. "Alright, I'm a relatively open book. Was there anything you wanted to know... or...?" Dean shrugged. Sometimes being honest meant just being prepared to be honest if something came up, but maybe Sam had a question or three, like why he was praying, if anything else happened, or such. He never knew with these Important Talks if Sam had things to get off his chest.
Glancing across the room, he was again glad they'd chosen separate rooms so they could just destress away from each other. It helped in them not being so tense, but it had also helped Sam keep his bloody coughing a secret. He was still pissed about all the lying, from everyone, but he'd get over it.
