David smirked, "I'm more of a hybrid than a clone..." he breathed in a little, the Doctor should have known that, he wasn't an exact copy of him, just because they looked alike, he was more Donna than he was him, and David silently thanked that he was, he had compassion, well, he grew more compassion since then. Donna's mind had proven him well, even if Rose hadn't done what the Doctor had asked, to make him better, he had partly done that on his own - growing.
"David Noble," he replied, glancing up at her for a moment, "And just so you know... when I was first created, I had all of the Doctor's memories and thoughts, at first, I was a clone, with a human body... but as I went on, I began losing his memories and thoughts, I began losing him. I'm nothing like him," he scowled a little, and then sighed, "The memories all just feel like a dream to me, someone elses life..."
