Who: Donna Noble and David...Noble! What: Meeting since the last time they saw each other Where: An intersection, presumably When: Late afternoon Rating: PG
Donna had calmed down considerably since her early morning freak-out. The talk with Martha had helped lots, and so had seeing others trickle in, just as confused as she had been (though decidedly more reserved about it). What she was gathering was not only that they seemed to be stuck here, but that she should start getting used to the idea.
If that was the case, she figured she'd best start getting to know the city. That didn't have to mean she was giving up hope.
She grabbed a coat from her closet and made her way outside, pulling her hair out from underneath the collar so it wouldn't hinder her movement. It was a pleasant afternoon, the sun was just about ready to start sinking in the west, and the sidewalks were mostly clear of people. She noted stores she'd like to check out, particularly when she stopped at a crosswalk, until one sight made her stop short. A familiar figure, tall and almost gangly and decidedly more casually dressed than she'd seen him last.
She walked swiftly toward him, caught between happy to see him and a little angry -- she did, after all, have some things to discuss with him. "Doctor?" she called once near enough not to yell. Or rather, not to yell too loudly.
