"Actually," she said as she looked over what Alice had selected, "I wouldn't buy prepackaged. I'd buy something fresh from behind the counter." She nodded her head towards their limited selection of fresh beans kept in glass containers. "Maybe you'd want to start with something basic, to fit anyone needs. You know, something that someone could add milk and sugar to if they'd like. If you have an international, global theme going on, maybe something Turkish as well." she paused biting her lip, "Turkish coffee is prepared and served a little differently though. Maybe you should just stick with something basic..."
Anita laughed at herself. Being called a coffee expert had gone to her head. "I guess it all depends on how much you want to spend per-pound. What you have in your hands is affordable. Probably about three to four dollars a pound. However, their are coffees here that cost more than twenty dollars a pound...and they don't even carry the more expensive ones. You'd have to order them."
