Was the girl talking to her? She had to look around for a second before she decided that this stranger might actually be talking to her. With an eye brow raised she looked Alice over before saying anything. Had she heard her right? Was this girl who seemed to be holding more coffee than anyone else in the shop just asking if people really liked coffee? Had she heard her right?
Once she decided that she'd been asked what she thought she had been asked she had to hold back a laugh. It came out in kind of a scoff. This was unintended. "I'm sorry," she said fighting with a smirk and still trying not to laugh at Alice, "You do realize that you are asking if people like coffee when you are buying more than anyone else? Right" she paused for a second. "Yes...they do. Not everyone does, but many people do. I love coffee. I practically needed it to function. Or at least function in a reasonably good mood." She paused for a second, "Coffee is the fuel that drives....well...the generation." Finally fighting the urge to laugh and winning she gave a soft smile, "I'm Anita...I'd offer you my hand, but you seem to have your hand full."
