"No," she sighed. "Not yet. I can only assume they want to alert the families first. It's standard procedure," she knew this for a fact. The press would try and try but the odds were that names of neither the victims nor injured would be released until their families were notified. The last thing that any department wanted was a lawsuit on their hands. It was a sad thing really... the department would put the colors out, when they got a new building the flags would be at half mast... She wasn't a cop but she was from a family of cops, and this hurt her even though she wasn't related. Moreso because she hadn't caught the guy yet. But she was pretty certain where to find him.
She held a hand out to shake. "Nice to meet you Bobby," she figured pleasantries would work. It was just after everything that happened... So he was a student. "There hasn't been any message from the Dean about that... Probably sometime tomorrow or later today when they've made certain that the campus is all secure..." She really didn't know. "And if you have classes the odds are they they'll probably be cancelled. Things like this... I wouldn't be surprised if some of the other students may have had family or known someone in the explosion." She remembered the explosions in Gotham. The Joker's rampage... She frowned. "Either way I'm not sure I'll be going back. In a few days the public library will be open again and I don't need the head librarian giving me anymore of her jealousy-driven disgust." She didn't know what she'd done to get on her nerves, maybe it was the thing with Sam but that had happened before hand.
At the moment - as she looked out the window there were still crews and the dust was very evident... What could be done? "So," she said - trying to distract herself. "what are you studying?"
She needed to get back out there. She needed to find Nightwing and just lock him in a room for as long as this other him was going on. And damnit if she wasn't going to do it!
