Who: Draco and Hermione What: Meeting and explaining the situation When: Saturday morning Where: Courtyard Rating: TBD, probably PG-13 (There's bound to be some words between these two) Open: No
Draco switched off the monitor of the computer, still not liking the thing. However, it was really his only means of knowing what was going on, as there were no owls to deliver news, no floo network, and no Daily Prophet deliveries. And, sometimes he learned things that he'd rather not have known.
Such was the arrival of one Hermione Jean Granger.
Why he'd even bothered to respond he still didn't know. He didn't really owe her anything. They certainly weren't friends. Not even close. He wasn't even certain she knew what he'd been through since after the Battle of Hogwarts. Not that it really mattered.
But she was here now, without the other two, and needed to know what was going on. Desperate times called for desperate measures. Draco wasn't certain if he was really that desperate. But he wasn't that much of a prat anymore, either.
Pulling on a jacket, he closed the door to his room and headed out to the courtyard. Best to get this over quickly, and with luck, he might not see her again. It was bad enough being here with no way out. Having someone that was likely to try something at the same time was definitely not on his list of priorities. He stepped out into the cool morning air, heading over to one of the communal tables and leaning up against it casually.
