Cissa looked up from the picture and watched her sister when she moved from one trunk to the next. When she saw her pause, and then lower her head, Cissa stood up and walked up behind her, kneeling next to her sister and wrapping her arms around her. "Bella," she said softly, kissing the top of her head.
She didn't want to to say anything else, but watching her sister made her own fears all the more real. She softly stroked Bella's hair. She knew her sister loved Rodolphus, and it was killing her to see her hurting like this. It didn't make her sister weak in Cissa's eyes. It never did.
