Who: Ritchie Coote and Cho Chang
What: First date
When: Saturday September 20th, Evening
Where: All over the place
Ritchie felt strangely confident. He didn't expect Cho to accept him asking her out on a date, but she did. Sure he had no idea what he wanted to do on said date until after she had accepted, but none the less, it was a great sign that she would go out on a date with him, even if it was just a pity date.
He was going to be on his best behavior that night, not a hint of rudeness or sarcasm. He was going to treat her like the lady that she was, the lady that she needed to know that he appreciated. All he wanted was for things to go smoothly, for her to find him charming, and maybe even for her to see him in a different light. Okay so he really wanted her to fall in love with him by the end of the night but he knew that was impossible.
Ritchie was in love and he couldn't stop smiling, he had gotten his hair cut, new clothes - picked out by the sales attendants not him because he didn't suppose the things he would have picked out would have been that stunning on him - nearly a complete makeover. As he headed to Cho's flat, he picked up a small book for Cho on the way because it reminded him of her. The book was called "On Fort Making and Other Quests in Relationships." He figured she'd get a kick out of it as well. When he got to her flat, he knocked on the door, a hopeful smile plastered on his face as he waited.
