It took Jenny a minute to really process what she was seeing, what she was feeling, her hand against her father's chest and his tears hitting her face. He was there. He was really there, and she was in his arms and safe.
"I found you..." she breathed, a grin forming slowly on her face, as she laughed a little too. In the whole wide universe, she'd found him. The fact that he'd left didn't matter, none of it did. He was there, and he looked so happy to see her. "I wanted so badly to find you...I can't believe I did it," she admitted, shaking her head a little bit, gobsmacked.
Then her arms were around him as she struggled to sit up properly, her face buried in his neck, crying tears of relieved joy into the collar of his shirt. They must have looked a pair of fools there, sitting on the sidewalk, crying and laughing and hugging, but Jenny didn't care. She had her father back.
After a minute, she pulled back just enough to look at him, wiping at her face with her hand. "Where are we? I was...I was in the shuttle, and something happened. My hearts were going crazy and I felt like I was going to burst...And I just...passed out," she said with a furrowed brow, but faith in that she was going to get answers. If anyone would know, it would be the Doctor.
