It was freezing out... no actually below freezing, and the coat she was wearing was heavy but as the temperatuer had dropped to 13 degrees it was only doing so much to keep the heat in. She was waiting by the Impala, like she said she would be, a small dufflebag slung over her shoulder as she waited for Dean to arrive. Tonight was certainly going to be interesting. That much was assured, but first they had to get there nad she really wanted to see who was going to win the game...
She let out a breath, watching the snow falling under the streetlamp, it actually looked rather pretty, but the knowledge that in about six hours it would be dark slush on the street ruined the effect...
Bruce was gone for a while - or so he'd said. Which didn't really make a difference becuase he didn't venture into the East wing of the house... not often. What reason would he have? The South West corner was the key. And that was an area that she stayed away from except when it was necessary. Playing with the piano in that room was tanammount to trouble. Which was one of the reasons that room was off limits to anyone but her, Bruce and Alfred... God she missed Alfred...
She shoved her hands into her pockets, cursing the fact that she'd forgotten gloves... She'd have to go out and buy some. It was never this cold in Gotham in October and she wasn't used to it...
