Who: Noah Bennet + Open What: Noah bundles up for a walk around town to get oriented. When: Morning, October 20th. Where: All around town, starting with the Eastern side and the complex he lives in; Aquilo. Open: Yes.
After a lot of sulking in his room, he decided that if he was going to get anything done (including figuring a way to get back home) he might as well venture out and see the kind of terrain he was dealing with. After looking at himself in the mirror and considering that he looked quite strange in a pair of denim jeans and a white tee shirt instead of his suit, he grabbed a scarf, jacket and gloves from the closet and put on his shoes. Outside was still frigid; he wondered if it was even above freezing out. He was a Southern boy. He wasn't used to this and he hated the cold.
Sighing, he headed down the road past the block of buildings and into the small town square, looking for a cafe where he might be able to get a coffee and something for breakfast. The thought barely passed his mind that who knew what size clothing he wore; he felt strange wearing jeans after so long. Ducking into the cafe, he grabbed a coffee and a muffin, sitting down to warm himself up before continuing his walk. His wallet had Canadian money in it and that was enough to irk a cocked eyebrow out of him.
The place was nice, sure, but it wasn't home, and it would never be home. He couldn't put it all together, why they were there, and what they wanted with him. Noah wasn't exactly anyone special; he didn't have any abilities and he had no desire any longer to kill those involved with the Company. he thought maybe if he pretended all this hadn't happened, it would all go away. It was a nice thought, but it wasn't going to happen, and even he knew that. He sighed, taking another sip of his coffee, allowing it to warm his already chilled body.
