Brookfalls, Los Angeles. 2014.

The Shadow. No one knows who he is, or what is doing except for the Mayor.

The two of them having been working together to change Brookfalls reputation. Known for being a back end, no good place and they are determined to change it no matter what happens.

So they kidnap people, from different realities and worlds and bring them here to make them into the Super Stars that they dream of. To make Brookfalls famous.
