Back in 2012 that whole "oh god, the world is ending" totally happened. Maybe not with as much doom and destruction as those Mayan people predicted, but it still sucks pretty hard. Overnight, America (and the rest of the world) was thrown into the dark ages. Ever since, we've been trying to catch up to what we used to be. No one knows exactly what caused it. After all, there are a lot of culprits. Enhanced humans, the Hellmouth, and heck, even terrorists have all had the finger of blame and shame pointed at them. Who knows and really... who cares? He said, she said, they said doesn't really matter anymore. What matters is trying to survive in this brave new world. Aberrant World is a post-Apocalyptic, AU multi-fandom game that combines the worlds of a handful of fandoms and thrusts characters into an environment were the world is trying to rebuild and the average joe is trying to survive. We accept canon characters from a variety of television shows/books as well as original characters. post comment

[17 Sep 2010|10:07am] I know I’ve come to all this SO late but I’ve been sick lately and have just sat through all of Buffy, all of Angel and all of Supernatural – each of them for the first time. I’ve really been sucked into all the worlds and storyline – the joys of seeing these shows for the first time! So, since I’m still going to be recovering for a long time and with the new season of Supernatural coming soon, I’d really like to start something up in the Supernatural world. I’d like to set up some original characters of my own but till then canons are great. I’d ideally like to have a mix of canon and AU events in any storyline too. Sticking rigidly to canon seems rather pointless to me, just like writing out things that have all already happened Characters I’d be interested in playing are:- Dean, Sam, Jo, Bela, Ruby and possibly Gabriel. I’d especially love crossovers with Buffy and Angel too. Characters I’d be willing to play include just about everyone with the exception of Buffy (can’t help it, but can’t stand her). As for who I’d like to play against, Dean Winchester has to be the favourite. I just adored him and it’d be great to set something up with a Dean. I wouldn’t mind having a Damon Salvatore and Cole Turner around as secondary characters either to create some chaos. Please don’t let the fact that I’ve not been in good health put you off. I’m going to be around a lot and I’m not so sick now that there would be long delays between posting. I have RPed before to, a lot, just not in these universes, so I do have preferences as to how I do things. I don’t like to RP over AIM, I prefer journals, email or gdocs. I don’t even actually have AIM but wouldn’t mind getting for plotting purposes. I hate slash so have no interest in exploring any storylines that go in that direction. Other than those restrictions, I like to think I’d open to pretty much anything.
