September 2, 1976 - Courtyard Who: Remus and Sirius Where: School Courtyard When: After classes Rating: TBD, but probably PG
Status: Open, Incomplete Summary: Sirius and Remus chat.
Remus was glad to be back in school. He missed the large open spaces and the shifting staircases. Sirius and James would probably say that he was being silly. But growing up the way he did made him really appreciate being able to go to Hogwarts. Most of all, Remus missed the school's library. Straight after classes that day, he had headed to the library and borrowed a few new titles from the library's selection. Two were non-fiction titles on Magical Beasts. The last one was a novel. Remus had recently discovered the joys of reading wizarding novels. It was not very much unlike muggle novels. But it included tidbits of information about the wizarding world he would never have found out about otherwise. It was very intriguing indeed.
So here he was, sitting in the school courtyard, in the quietest spot he could find, reading his wizard novel. He was thoroughly absorbed in the part where the protagonist, a teen girl was trapped in the confines of a dark sorceror's evil lair, trying to make her escape with nothing but a fork. As such, it was hardly a surprise that he did not notice anyone approaching.
