When she winced, his eyes went to her mouth, the smear of red drawing his gaze and making him feel uncomfortable. How many times had he watched her lips, her smile, listening to her speaking? How many times had he thought of kissing her?
"Yeah," he said after a moment. "And McGonagall will take points." He took a step back and then, on impulse, looked back at her. "Don't trust any of them, Lils. I mean it. And not just the ones you think you can't."
