Cait sighed as she wove and pushed her way through the crowd. It was hardly her fault she was late, really, but most of the good compartments were taken. And the ones that weren't full, she wanted no part of the people in them.
She peered into a nearly empty one, and pulled a face. But it was him or a couple of obnoxiously chattering first years. "Do you mind?" she asked. She knew who he was, and the sorts he hung out with - but they were all her housemates, and she wasn't really afraid of them.
Besides, if she was terribly lucky, Regulus might be late as well, and he could sit in with them. Not that that was terribly likely, but a girl could dream, right?
