"She thought it was charming," Fabian echoed smugly, shooting a wide grin Gideon's way as he followed the others into the compartment. He tilted his head to one side for a moment, eying the two before gesturing vaguely toward the window. "Which've you're going to be a mate and let me sit at the window? I get bored without the flashing scenery distracting me, you know."
That, and he'd brought a pocketful of chocolate frogs. He planned to let loose at least five of them out the window in the hopes that they would splat against a window farther down the train and give someone a scare.
"I'll work on the heart-winning," Fabian added as an afterthought. "I've got all year, yeah? Gid will help me."
