He grinned kind of ridiculously at the idea of that before he shook his head and moved over to the inks. He still had to get his, after all. He slipped a couple of the vials from the shelf, and after a hesitation picked up a pale purple shade. He could use that for personal letters; he reasoned using it on assignments wasn't going to fly.
Casting another covert glance around - and realizing just how hard it was to go unnoticed in brilliant blue robes - he sidled over to the counter to purchase his inks and quills.
