Marco still refused to meet Oliver's eye, but his eyes darted as he considered each of Oliver's points. His version of tapped out must have been different that other people's. He really wondered how people got through things like this without drugs, and he didn't know how he'd do the same. He didn't even know how to voice as much, fearing that if he said it out loud, TPTB would sneak some to him anyway, making this whole voucher brainstorm useless. And shit, he'd do those drugs if presented to him, wouldn't he? He wished that wasn't the case, but that was the sad truth of it. "I don't think I know how to tap out without dissociating." He hiccuped again. His whole body felt gross.
"A generator?" he asked, not really sure how much one of those would cost. It was a good idea, though. "Can you remind me of that later?"
