The first girl she'd met and the loud hillbilly seemed about ready to go at it, which made Tasiya chortle and whisper 'Kill 'im' while sounding vaguely like an evil entity. Tasiya's attention was diverted to the other guy, who was speaking on whether they were kidnapped or not with such certainty it made Tasiya tilt her head to one side as she looked up at him. "Oh, I didn't realize you were trained in the subject."
Nothing in her tone betrayed anything but candidness and yet if anyone was listening, they would certainly realize she wasn't sure he was trained in anything at the moment. Reinforcing the oldest black girl's point, Tasiya went on to say:
"Uh, I don't know who Tyra is, but whoever that is, I'm pretty sure she's still a kidnapper if none of us agreed to come here? That's the whole... I mean, sequestering someone is holding them someplace against their will, previous knowledge and consent."
She hummed in surprise at the wisdom coming from the hillbilly, and waved halfheartedly as he walked away, immediately turning a shocked expression onto the youngest girl. There was nothing at all in any of the past few minutes that gave her a good reason not to let the guy go on by himself. He was belligerent, possibly violent and most likely unhelpful and for all she cared he could get out all by his own lonesome.
Once the other black girl started following and asked the others to come with her, Tasiya sighed, mulling over her options. Either she declared her shoelessness as a problem and stayed behind perhaps to be murdered by a killer from within the walls, or she donned the flip-flops and went on a field trip because the poor lonely hillbilly might fall in a hole.
"I'm not too keen on risking my bacon because a grown ass man might get a booboo for not knowing how to chill." She finally declared, but was already getting up to grab her flip-flops just in case. "He wants to go it alone, let him."
