"One minute I was fine and walking home from work, and the next minute I was waking up here in a hospital gown and an IV," Dylan pointed out to the younger of the two dudes. "That's pretty much the definition of kidnapping. I can tell you it's definitely not a game show because there are like a million consent forms you have to sign to be on camera and I definitely didn't sign anything." She watched Deliverance deliver his snappy one-liner and head downstairs with a muttered, "I swear I can practically hear the banjos following him around."
Ettie had a point, though - she hadn't really done a thorough search of this floor, but it looked like more of the same as upstairs - bedrooms, a couple common areas. Dylan's guess on a phone location was going to be somewhere way more central - entry hall or kitchen maybe, and so with a sigh she followed Ettie. No way was she letting the other girl go downstairs alone with the angry dude. "Why don't you guys come with us?" she suggested to the rest of the people. "I think it's probably safer to stay together at this point until we know more about what's going on."
