Chase headed into the bathroom, looking through the cupboards and hoping he didn't run into anything too personal, but was happy to see that there did seem to be a couple of extra towels available. He hoped he wasn't grabbing anyone in particular's so he went for the one on the bottom just in case.
It was pretty big though, and he stretched it out, figuring that if he split it down length-wise they could probably make two, which would be better in case there was more than one creature. That thought made him stop and shudder, and he shook his head to himself to keep his brain on track now that they were doing something productive. Another hunt through cabinets and drawers brought him to a razor, and he brought that and the towel out with him to the main room just as Owen returned from one of the bedrooms with a bottle.
"Great," he breathed in relief, throwing the towel over his shoulder and working to pry the blades off of the razor. "I'm definitely going to get her that bottle, so, if there's a lot I was thinking we should make two. One for the person in front, one for the person in back. I can split this towel in half. We need two sticks about two feet in length that are sturdy, but don't have a lot of sticks. We probably just need to find one big one, like we use for walking sticks, and break it in half."
Getting one of the blades out, he knelt to stretch the towel out on the floor to start cutting through the edge, figuring it would be easier to tear once he was actually into the material. "If you guys want to grab that this shouldn't take me too long. I can help look when I'm done. Just...uh....don't go too far."
